69 MGC GT whats it worth #1

Haveing trouble selling my MGC GT. I'm up in Ontario Canada. Have advertise the car for a while now, had several responces but no one comes to see it. It is an execllent car, Only 65,000, new paint, new interior Etc. It is an Automatic. What's a car like tis worth, maybe I'm asking to much $13,000.

Price seems in line with what some of these have been going for of late. As much as people hate it though, top dollar and exposure seems to go with ebay as long as you have the right, hi resolution pictures. You can list it in the Cars for Sale here and Buy, Sell & Trade section as well. Thats my 2 cents at least. It is a great looking car!

I like it, I used to have a OEW automatic my wife drove for a number of years. Wish I had it back. Price is not unreasonable and would of thought someone would be up to see it, unlesss you are way out in the sticks.

The price is to low as described....and that's my two cents, 18 or more would be a start.

I spent my summer vacation as a kid in Ontario fishing. Every summer regardless. I dont fish much now and dont travel to Canada much either. Dont get me wrong Ontario is a great place and its not dog country, was just thinking the further north you get the less people hanging around that want a MG.

I live 200 yards from a nice fishing lake in SC but spend my time playing in the garage.
Even here in SC there are some places a person would call the sticks, like Hell Hole Swamp, etc. devil smiley

Seems a fair price. The market is very limited and it will or may take time but I think you will find a buyer. I'd let the Bee board know of the car and price. Usually a Bee guy will want to move up.

Thanks everyone for you input and comments. As it turns I sold the car yesterday, a C fan from New Jersey came up a bought it. He was very pleased. He's comment was it is good to see a car that is as it is addvertised.

Any one looking for a 1923 Buick 45 Touring? I know, it is far cry from British machine.

It was indeed a pleasure to show up at Frank's place (after a LONG drive) and find the car to be exactly as described. Hoping to get plates on her today and I have already contacted our resident parts monger about new servos.
