I know this is typically a topic for the trader section but I figure this group would be the ones to ask (plus the only ones that realize they are different from the B seats). A long shot but does anyone have a pair of seats from a 69 C that they would be willing to part with? It would be a serious upgrade from the milk crate...perhaps a bit safer too.

If you can find a complete 1969 MGB seat it can be altered to be an MGC seat.

I did that on my '73 MGB seats to fit the driver's seat to the "LUMP." Made a jig to hold it at the right height as we rewelded it at the right height. Could do again.

I Have 69 B frames W/proper headrest frames available, and they're only 3 miles away!

You know, I do have a pair of original leather seats from a '69 C rd. I got them at least 20 plus years ago and have kept them in storage all this time. Would you like a pic?

The leather is in poor shape but the cushions are good and frames not rusted, if memory serves.
