I am. I use Debian on this desktop, and Ubuntu on my laptop. They're both pretty nice.

I do yeah. Use osx on the desktop these days though.

That pretty much describes me too these days - I still use Linux for servers, but my main "desktop" is an iBook with OS X. Some of the modern desktop distros such as Ubuntu and OpenSuse are pretty impressive though.

I wonder how many MG folks run a lot of free software? It seems to me that both are sort of quirky and appeal to those who like to tinker...

That's funny. That's exactly why I stopped using linux on the desktop. I like to tinker - but with my own stuff and my only when I choose to.

SUSE is great. Been using nothing but it for three years now.

Will never go back to Winblows.
