Im gonna start cracking skulls! ARGH! #1

Who the HELL does this person think they are parking so close to my car. I am fed up with the crap they people do around my car! I took these pictures only miuntes ago and I dont know who the driver is and I cant move becasue someone else parked behind me. I live on a street with pleanty of parking and they do this...

There is probably a law aginst parking too close but then again, he may say you parked too close to him.....

The overrides go just under his bumper and his hitch goes right under the bonnet. Im still waiting for them to leave.

Go out and lay on your horn for 10 or 15 minutes. Call the police and tell them the POS needs to be moved. Let them tow it - and be sure to leave a VERY NICE note on the windshield. Preferably in red spray paint.

I'd be homicidal. Happened to me once, waited 35 minutes for the aholes to show. They weren't very happy to see me either.

I'd get out there and take good pictures to show the cops so if he should accidently hit you...you have all the right camera angles for evidence.....I hope you aren't below him on a hill.....

No its a flat street and they left just a couple minutes ago... couldn't catch them as they got in the car. I ran out of the house a he flew right past me. Doesn't look like any damage but next time I see that guy Ill have a few words for him.

You're a better person than I am. I'd have been sitting on the windshield of his car, feet tapping on his bonnet waiting for him, drumming my nails on his paint job and putting my cigarettes out on it.

THEN he would have gotten a brief but effective lesson in life according to Janel.

Then I'd have refrained from kicking his butt in a most ladylike manner.

Sorry Janel it was a woman! I went across the street with camera and flashlight in hand and she scuffed my bumber up pretty good and cracked the paint at the lip of the bonnet (about 2 inches arcoss) and looks to be tweaked. Talked to the lady of the house and she gave me the phone number of the lady who done it. I talked to her for a bit and she said she did even now she backed into me and was very apologetic and is going to pay for the damages. She was shocked when I told her I had already taken pictures before she left. It looks like a new bonnet is in order! We'll see what happens

Even after the fact she cant deny she didn't do it because I have pictures of her car as it were parked when she hit me. She couldnt get out of this one even if she tried!

I agree but the question is....do you have to file a report right away or can you wait until tomorrow without losing your rights.....Either way, I'd at least speak with your insurance agent in the morning......
