Go to the local Y, get into the swimming pool exercise class if you need relief. Friend of mine does that and it does wonders. I feel for ya on the scoliosis - I have it, too, as a result of the polio that weakened my left arm and shoulder, and I have to do most of what I do right handed and have been doing it 5 years longer, so quit yer whining and get back to work, you sissy!

...sheesh...I don't need you to point out the obvious, I just wanna bitch and eat chocolate covered almonds...I have a mild case, not anywhere like yours,(which I think affected yer common sense), but it used to show up in school photos a bit and looked like I had an attitude... and as a boy I was a member of the Y just for that reason, my mother had me breathin with gills....I had my mile swim and life saver?? certificate by age 12 or 13...as for the Y today...no thanks....my days of swimmin in pee are over...

Wyatt. that's alright, they sterilize it with chlorine - enough it might make you blond again
