Turkey breast and mashed taters and I don't know what else and some pie. And wine.

I go to church and sing off key. If they're singing as loud as they're supposed to be they won't hear me.

Just took an 8 pound ham off the smoker (Mesquite wood), also smoked a half-dozen green chili's, three different quiche and a great grits/cheese/egg and chili casserole, with bread, fruit, etc.

Roast Chicken, sage & onion stuffing, bread sauce, Potatoes roasted in olive oil & fresh thyme,
leeks, roasted parsnips & carrotts(again in olive oil), fresh sliced green beans.
Bottle of Chardonnay.
(maybe a cheesecake yoghurt afterwards if any room).
Later........break into a chocolate Easter egg!

The next month will be spent in Purgatory to gain back the weight loss this little lot will no doubt put back on me.

Take the time to understand what a part does and how it does it, then you'll have a better understanding of how to fix it when it goes wrong. Beats the scattergun approach every time.

I think I'll celebrate with some of that Jollypeeno dip you rave about, and Tomollies.

Last time I went to church the priest told us the next sunday was a "day of obligation" and a mortal sin to skip. I haven't been back since. That was about 35 years ago.

Wife is having implants installed in her lower jaw this afternoon. I don't know what, if anything, she'll feel like eating by then, but you can bet your bippie that it will be something soft - very soft.
