As a friend of mine and I walked at lunch today, we saw some unexpected friends hanging on the fence.

I've already seen 5 since Spring started; 2 1/2' garter snake, 3' Black snake, 2 unknowns, and an Eastern Diamondback.

Had me screaming like a little girl!

I think this summer is going to be hot, buggy, and snake-filled.

Snakes, no problem. Spiders give me the willies. It freaks out people when the call me to get the snake out of their yard and I just walk up and pick it up. Worries about getting bit, no problem--been there several times; just don't jump and they'll let go. smiling smiley

I dream of a better world with no snakes or spiders and where chickens can cross the road without having their motives questioned.

And Shetland Ponies are warm, fun loving critters, with lots of love to share around.

1968 MGB Purchased already dis-assembled which is why I'm often ignorant about what some parts are, and even more ignorant of where they go.

Eric that photos remind me of a trip I did for work (Queensland Australia). I was in a Van and I took 15 miles to overtake an MGB. Both the car and the femal driver were topless.

I'm bummed we haven't seen any black rat snakes in our yard in the past couple of years. I suspect the neighbors have whacked them....

A snake snaking a snake...mind boggling...

Simon, was that 15 miles downhill? Those MGs are hard to pass...
