Joe, The fact still remains, this is a MG website, and you sir are one of the the biggest problems here, you should be the first one shown the door, you offer no benefit to this site, and only come here to start trouble. It's not the point that whether I read this stuff, or not, it is the point it breeds hard feelings and brings this forum down, that supposed be about MGB and people who love these car having fun toghether, and this has already been determined by the person who owns this website, that these topics are not allowed here, and my suggestion to him was to show you all the door that refuse to get that message, and then, maybe then we can have peace here and you trouble makers can go cause trouble elsewhere. Skye very much make it clear that this forum is not an arena for any of you all to voice your political or religous opinions here and there are other sites for that. And yes as someone who pays very dearly to be here, I and many other members here want this crap to end, you all were told to stop it, and you still continue to, so don't be surprised when you go to sign on one day and can't, Skye warned you.

Yeah, I think the suburban reaction, is always, why didn't he call the cop and files charges, that would assume the cops actually cared, they don't, this sort of stuff happens all day long on their shifts, not like anyone going to actually look for this guy, or he ever gets charged for what he did, this a daed issue as far as the cops are concerned. Having a business in the city, I long ago realized, I was on my own as far as my safety was concerned, the cops just show up to do paperwork after the fact, if that even happens.

Howard, the opposing view, LOL, that's funnier than you'll ever know, that narrow mindset is exactly whats wrong with this country, you guys still think you have only two options. No it's pretty clear there are rules here and you all are abusing them. I don't think of myself as either a liberal or a conservative, but if you liberals are so much on having a bunch of laws, and rules, it seems like you could maybe follow them for a change.

I didn't know when someone gives you something for free and you take it that it is known as freeloading. You may pay because you want to advertise your shop ,are you paying Skye the same rate as in the paper or phone book? If not then maybe it is you who is freeloading,
If you get some customers off this site then you are benefiting but the rest of use are only getting(sometimes) to vent our spleen.I don't think anyone here is threatened by you at all. I may be wrong but don't web sites make money by the number of hits they get?
If so then the threads you dislike are the ones with the most activity.

None, there only existence here is to start topics that cause hard feelings, knowing anything about subject this forum was started for not important to them. I noticed an alraming trend at the old OTP, and you can bet it follow these same type of threads here, you get some passing-by folks in the hobby, you know , one minute they have a MG, and are on the forum asking a million questions and as quickly as they arrive, they then sale the car and move on, but some of them hung around just for the hateful political threads here. Bottom line if you don't allow this sort of stuff, it cease to be. There are palce for tbhis stuff and it's not here, and this sort of nonsense, should not reflect the off topic forum, because most here in OT, do indeed follow the rules.

I had to deal with this sort of BS as a car club president, we all decided that this small group of folks that were disrupting the club and threatening it's very exsitence,and they had to be dealt with, bottom line we showed the the trouble makers the door, and the club continues to thrive without them. The OT forum here does not exist for "politically pocessed" to express thier views here, no matter what they are, nor does it exist for these types of "baiting" threads,and this problem should be dealt with, before it takes this forum back to the ole OTP days.
Skye is very cautious and fair man, he wouldn't act as fast as I would on this, that is for ssure, but it's pretty obvious where this will lead this forum, and it will have to be dealt with at some point.

Maybe if some folks checked there mouth's at the door we would not be even discussing this. I know these guys you mention,two of them are i consider closer friends same as i consider you the same. Folks like you are the salt of the earth,most of who read this dont know what im talkin about but thats ok. It aint about cars. The thing is guys like you and me were a little older,weve been around the block more than a few times and were old enough or mature to know we dont have to agree on all these "hot" topics but we respect one another and get along and thats the key. Aa a new yorker i enjoy the argument,shake hands later and grab a beer,here on the forum however things printed cause hard feelings. Like you i dont need it,it causes me stress and i got enough of that. To be honest i done my share to stir the pot and often it was a result of something i read here that pissed me off.
