We finally received a little snow here in the mountains of Virginia. Took these pictures just moments ago. One is from a back window and the other is of my little fish pond and garden.

And how about your part of the world -- what does it look like this morning??

Bright sunshine with just a little spotty ice on the goldfish pond.

Saturday our TR club had an outing to Team Triumph in Warren OH. I took the TR8 with the top up. Normaly I wouldn't consider taking it out in the middle of Feb because of road salt. This has always been a trip for the station wagon or truck. I'm surprised Al Gore isn't running around clucking on the talk shows. winking smiley

What can I say? A beautiful river of deep blue, rings of water where the fish are playing, a gentle fog rising off the water, deer coming down for a morning drink, the rooster crowing to call his hens, hunters gunshots echoing through the valley, the hum of commercial barges pushing against the current, the chug of Ole Ben's tractor as he starts his day....ain't life beautiful and all like that.

High and solid cloud cover but not too heavy as the sun is shining through it. 32F now with a high of 44 predicted. Warming up as the week goes on with only a slight chance of rain.

It was 23 here this morning as I went out to shovel. We got about 3 inches yesterday and last night. Not quite enough to plow so I think I'll just let mother nature take care of it. Our drive is about 1/4 mile long. Pretty though with snow covered trees and mountains all around.

Irene it's deeper than it looks in the picture and the fish stay in it all Winter. They seldom eat and when it's frozen over I do worry about them but it's been that way for about five years now and each Spring when I turn the pump back on they are just as happy as can be smiling smiley

"1964 MGB" (Kirby) All original pull handle MGB, 3 main, with overdrive, but a daily driver with all the dents and dings to prove it -- Titled in 1965~~

"1980 MGB" (Robbie) Even though it's a RB it does have overdrive, a Weber Carb, and is my favorite MGB. We have logged thousands of happy miles together ~~

Same here except this year has been so mild I have yet to turn the pump off. Couple times the ice started to build but then it warmed back up.
