I don't know much about the car but I'd be happy to follow directions to help answer questions. Just looking to get rid of it. Asking $200. Rather not see it have to go to the scrap yard.

Located in Dunn, NC.

I've got several Ford Model As, a Lincoln and a Mercury also for sale. All around the same price point.

From the pictures, it looks to be a late model rubber bumper MGB. I hate to say it, but you are probably better off scraping this one. There does not appear to be a lot of good pieces left and the fenders look pretty rough. I could not tell from the picture if that is an OD transmission. If it is OD, that would be worth some money. Also, a picture of the engine bay and comment on if it turns over would help. I am not interested, but just that I would pass on my input.

I'm pretty sure there isn't a title but I'll check to see if I can find one.

It's got a few peep-holes in the floor board.

I would look at it if it was not all the way across the state. When you open the hood feel the bottom edge. If its not rusted pull that off before the car hits the scrap yard! I hope this parts car finds a place to rest in piece(s).

How does it look under the doors? (rockers) solid metal? or bubbling paint?

I cannot tell if it is an overdrive trans. Is there a switch on top of the gear shifter? If it is an OD, it is probably worth some money.

You tried listing on local Craigslist? Sadly she is pretty rough, and the motor is likely frozen up too. Hood, doors and trunk lid might be useful for somebody?

Not too bad from what I can see.
