I got this MGB "Roll Bar" with a 67 Roadster that I resold last Summer. This is for appearances only and not a Race approved part. If you like the boy racer look this might be just what you always wanted. The base does have surface rust and the bar shows it is used but nothing that can't be remedied with a little elbow grease, POR 15 and some rattle can paint. Located in Leonardo NJ 07737 where you can see it, pay cash and take it away. This part is kinda large for shipping but I would offer to deliver it within 200 miles of my place for $1.50/ mile, round trip mileage. Asking $100 As-Is OBO. It's not going in my car so if you want it make me an offer, it may be your lucky day. Bill Miller Car Finder LLC, 732-778-3275.
A fellow car club member came by to see the Roll Bar and decide if it would look good in his 78 MGB. We discovered that the rear bars hit the seat belt reels on both sides. So unless you are ready to modify or swap out your inertia wheel seat belt spools this Roll Bar is probably is not what you want. Older style Lap Seat Belts would work fine with the Roll Bar, just want to let you know what I know.

Looks like a truck lite bar modified for MGB use.

That style roll bar fits the earlier body perfectly. It also has the strongest mounting locations of all the different ones I have seen and clears the top frame. I have one in my 67 and 74. Never knew who made them.

That is a standard late 70 s roll bar. I have one exactly like it. I took it off because I have a hard top for winter use and I have Fiero seats that are too tall for the top of the roll bar. For those that say it isnt a race bar, true but its better than nothing.
