Roller rockers

Dave-
Even more interesting! I was thinking about how they might be done, and came up with the idea that a trunnion mount would eliminate the big hole for the rocker shaft/bearing, thus less material but better strength/less angular momentum. It would also give better stability, helping valve train accuracy and reducing needle bearing problems.

So, I am now even more interested in a picture! Or if you would divulge the source of these little treasures.

Have you ever seen the wondrous valve gear of the Panhard/DB engines?

Fletcher,
I'll be able to post a pic of Daves Rocker set up in the next couple of days. I have a set on the race GT.

They are almost too nice to cover up with the rocker cover!

So the cat is out of the bag. "Shot From Guns" will be the copyrighted ad campaign for Fab-Tek for 2012. Would't be surprised to see "Bad-MG, Ltd" as an assumed name either for this product line.

Wound up wasting half the night trying to find a decent pic! Didn't.
Are the pillars telescoping in some way, and the visible center bolt is the adjustment?
Nice looking piece, and the engine tech now is awesome - too bad I hate all the new cars!

Fletcher, adjustable pushrods similar to Harley Davidson. The Chev has hydraulic lifters.

A few years back I installed the Doc Gustafson roller rockers on my '77 B along with the SS rim flow valves and a touch up of the ports....
I was a amazed at the improvement in power...
But not sure if it was a combination...........
