I have a 1977 MGB, a few years ago I was looking into putting in the FWD 3.4 engine in my car. I am trying to see if anyone close to Phoenix has completed this engine swap. I am looking at using the conversion kit from British Car Conversion (killer B). If you have any information for me on this kit I would appreciate it or where to start.

I have the engine, ford t-5 world class transmission and the shell of an MGB.

Any help is appreciated.

Mike

Hi Michael,
I completed my KillerB swap last fall. I used a 3500 LX9 from a 2006 Malibu. I bought a brand new Ford V8 T5. The car is a blast to drive.

Here's a link to my conversion album. http://sdrv.ms/SuScBI

Michael,
Like Tim I have the 3500, and like you I have the Ford T5. Unlike Tim I have no idea what its like to drive because like you I am not done.
My engines almost ready, BCC is shipping my stuff next week. Working on my wiring harness, and my Megasquirt is built, tested and ready for engine testing. I've learned a lot and am here for you if you need anything.
I have kept a journal using One Note I can share as well. Lots of great links, info and lists.

That looks good. You wouldn't happen to have a video of you driving it, would you?

Thanks,

Darian
