Any special instructions to get this off, Have undone the bolts and does not want to move so I am presuming I have to do something about the fuel rail etc. The Haynes manual seems to not cover this particular plenum but a different type, just says remove bolts and fuel rail first.

1973 MGB, restoration while maintaining drivability

I own an MG............Lots of fun and frustration........Just can't beat it.

Need to remove the fuel injector rail first, then the manifold intake bolts.
Ah yes, remove the fuel lines.
