which Gaz pump for 89 S10 2.8?

Does anyone can help me.
I was ging to buy a 70 pound gaz pump for my 2.8l EFI single throttle body but I started to dubt about it when I was told that my engine needs no more than a 15 pound pump. If this right, I could by a 93 Geo Metro gaz tank with the pump inside that I think would be easy to fit. I was told that a 70 pound pump would muddle up the injection.
Was I mistaken? (My MGB gaz tank is almost new)
Thanks

Even my little TR7 2.0 FI takes 40 pounds from it's stock pump.

Yves,

the file pressure regulator (FPR) regulates this. Most pumps produce 90 psi or some amount way beyond your requirements. Your system should be able to return all the unneeded fuel pressure from my understanding.

Thank you guys.
If I understand well, any car with a fuel injection has a pump of more than 40 pounds or so. The Geo Metro 3 cylinder is equiped with a fuel injection, Then, if I install its tank with its fuel pump in it, this should be good enough for the EFI of my 1989 S10 V6. (This tank provides the return feeding.)
It is much smaller than the 'B's, but the B is a gaz gobbler, spacialy donw town. I don't think the V6 is.
Am I wrong?
Yves
