Love the Volvo blue! I parked my teal Lizzy Midget next to a Volvo in that color years ago and thought it was an ideal color for a Midget. Pretty close to Pageant. I opted instead to clay bar and color polish my car before trading it on a humdrum Honda. Three months later, I found another blue one in the hills of East Tennessee which became my Purple Rat

That is an amazing transformation. Wow.

I've a rebuilt motor to install in mine, then I'm gonna repaint in Volvo Polestar blue. A little darker then what it currently is.

Ohh I like that color. Little richer than my car's pageant blue (which will get a repaint this year after the RB removal).

"Budget"... hahahahaha... I just had to laugh. I'm $2k over on mine and I haven't even gotten it painted yet (though I have the paint). Those pesky details...

Beautiful job!

Yeah, I stopped keeping track of how much I had in the car years ago. Kind of pointless--up to now, that is. Looks like I may retire soon, though, so I'll need to start adding up those nickels and dimes!
