Is there a way to check a wiper motor i don't know if it's my motor or my switch ?

Run a jumper wire from the battery to the hot lead on the wiper motor making sure that the motor is well grounded. If it won't run after that you prob have a bad motor that needs to be pulled and cleaned along with cleaning the commutator.

That long teleflex cable gets gunky up too, disconnect it at the motor and see it it runs free

On earlier cars the wiper motor is wired always hot with the wiper switch providing the path to ground. Be careful when hooking up a jumper that you are actually providing a bypass to the switch to ground if the later motors are wired the same way.
