Earth point

Hello all:

We all know, or most know, how important is to have in perfect condition all earth points to have no trouble with car electronics.

On a 50 years old car, earth points tent to be dirty or corroded, making it difficult for the electricity to pass.

I have changed the big earth cable that connects the engine to the chassis. I have also cleaned the big earth point on the inside of the right wing, and many small earth points I have found.

I would like to know if there is a drawing of the location of all the earth points, or at least the most important/biggest ones.

By the way, I am also starting to change many of the bullet connectors. They are cheap, so bought many, singles and doubles. I remove the old ones, clean the bullets of the cables, and fit the new connector. That should help to have a good electric system for a small price.

main earth points (via the wire harness, with a screw into a weld nut):

inside right fender, above the fuse box on the fire wall, in the boot along the back panel, tachometer mounting piece, battery neg., and the braided engine strap on the bottom RH transmission bolt

also earth points:

tail light housings, alternator body, fuel tank, boot lamp switch, door courtesy switches, horn push (steering column), voltage stabilizer housing, distributor housing, starter housing, front turn signal housings, ignition cylinder, fuel pump housing

I think that's it.
