Any ideas on wher I can pick one up?
Kip motors wants 175.00. Maybe a better deal out there somewhere?

(A Wolseley 16/60 is a Farina Body style Magnette sister.)

Thanks Trevor. I forgot about ebay UK.

I may go that way. My local parts guy is on the hunt. He found one for 125 but says he can do better.

I have not tried it myself, but this seems like it is worth looking into:

http://www.wilwood.com/MasterCylinders/MasterCylinderList.aspx?minorname=Integral Reservoir Compact Master Cylinder

It looks identical to the original design, and just $53.00. The only difference being the pushrod. From the pics it looks as though a mounting point could be made quite easily.

I was toying with the idea when I put kits in my MKIII Magnette. But so far rebuild kits are working just fine.

The Wilwood ones work just fine on mine. I bought mine on ebay.

All I did was swap out the rods and it works great!

Check out his website instead of Kip Motors

Moss US P/N 581-510. For a TR-4A.

The original is a .7 cylinder dia and the new one is a .75. No biggie, it's bolting right in. Replace the lever arm with the one out of the old cylinder. The pivot hole where it attached to the clutch pedal was a bit elongated so I had it welded and hardened.

Just thought I'd wrap things up if anyone stumbles across this thread in a search.

Did it come with a metal or plastic cap?
