You guys in the US are spoilt!

It would sell immediately for that price in the UK. I might be first in line, it is quite restore-able and reasonably complete.

There was no need to waste the price of a rattle can of silver paint though!

The price seems a little high, but at least the buyer won't be able to say that he didn't know what he was getting into.

That dude loves him some spray paint! Even the green car has been hit with the silver... and some green to boot. Nice.

If you ask the seller any questions, don't expect an answer you can bank on. The same seller came up last Summer.

I saw that one and was completely tempted by it, especially being so close by. I drove a TR3 for a while in high school, and spray painted my wheels and grill silver in just that same fashion. I also put carper remnants on the floors and my Mother made me some seat covers. Kind of the same thing, but different. I totally wanted that car.

Not sure if it's Ed Freeman selling it though, it's a bit South of his neck of the woods, but could be. Regardless, I gotten stuff from him and have always been given a VERY fair/great deal on parts that were in much better condition than expected.

Guys, the car Wyatt linked to is being offered by Prospector1010 which is the same seller that Remco had such a hard time with; see posts 24 and 39:

Looks like this car is missing its drive shaft, right? Also, that's the wrong dash and the gas gauge looks like an aftermarket part. You sure would want to inspect this car carefully before buying it to know what you are getting.
