Tony LeVier said they used it in the Rider R-4 "Shoenfeld Firecracker" in the 1939 Thompson Trophy Race (TRW). He said most Menasco operators used it in the fuel. I'll follow what works and if Tony LeVier says it I'll follow what he says over any naysayer on MGE, anyday, anytime.

Wayne Burt put a graduated beaker on a chain for the gas trucks at Tallmantz and the Hemi powered GPU, 4 oz per ten gallons. He overhauled Paul Mantz's Merlins so...

Besides, losing a cylinder to a stuck valve on take off in a Franklin powered Stinson Station Wagon is just pilot error if MMO is not used.

It's gotta be good.

I have been fogging all my motors for winter storage for 30 years. Started doing it when I read that my snow mobile manufacturer recommended it. Probably because these are 2 cycle motors, but I figured it could not hurt. I use a marine fogging oil. Comes in a spray can with a straw to get into the cylinders.
