When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down 'happy'. They told me I didn't understand the assignment, and I told them they didn't understand life. John Lennon

But it will require a higher speed and only work once...

I knew it was for real and not just a prop in a movie. Of course the government has to suppress any news about it. The best way to suppress it was to make a movie that everyone would see and everyone will believe that it cannot be done. Of course a few know the truth.

P.S. anyone believing this should schedule an appointment with their doctor for some treatment. Have a nice day.

There's a Delorean at the Portland, Oregon show every Labor Day that has one of those. It looks like a pretty close match, and I suspect it's the same.

Can't quite get into owning a movie car. But it IS a special car!

77 MGB - Four tone paint -Pertronix - hood props - cheap tires - new springs all around - mixture of poly and rubber bushings- fuzzy seatcovers - stereo out of old F150 pickup -runs flawlessly and drives nice.

78 MGB - Done right by a good PO, and I only bought it. Tell Jim how nice it is. But I did put in a Datsun 5 speed.

53 TD Mark II - a work in progress.

79/65 MGB - Carmine- V-6 - T-5
This car is now very nearly completely done. Sure to find something else, but not now.........

Now, really the back order thing shouldn't be a problem. With time travel you shouldn't have to "wait" for anything. Just have them temporally delivered. Come on, O'Reilly's.

I knew a car guy about 30 years ago who started collecting Deloreans when they were really cheap on the theory they would become valuable. When I last saw him in 1984, he had 30.

By the way, one of the movie ones was recently discovered decaying away and has been restored to original movie-modified condition, partially by one of the original set designers and a team who went through the parts of the Back to the Future movie showing it, frame by frame. There's a documentary on it available on Netflix but I can't remember its name.

I guessing some website data entry person that got laid off, left them a parting gift. I'l have share that with my local bud who run wholesale sales for O'Reilly in this area, he'll enjoy it. Thanks Rut.
