Did a check on my transmission today and noticed it needed topping off. I had posted this once before but on the top fill D-type OD transmission it took exactly 22oz's from the min to max line. Filled with standard SAE 30WT non detergent oil. The first time I pulled my engine a few years ago someone had written with a large sharpie on the case of transmission SAE30WTND. I've never had a problem so I continue to use that today.

I've been running 30W non detergent for years in the OD gearbox on the B. On the TD I run Redline 70-90 NS.
