pedal box removal

Hi,

Burst my clutch master cylinder at the weekend so have decided t o tidy up the engine bay since will be working in that area anyway. trying to remove the pedal box but cant work out how to remove the 2 bolts nearest the inner wing. Got all te other ones out just that 2 that cant get to. HELP ?!?!?

I'm guessing your pedal box is similar to ours over here. Can you see what type of heads the bolts have? Reason I ask it that over the years, these can get swapped for just about anything or they might even be original.

Regardless of bolt head, I use a long extension on a ratchet with the appropriate socket, posi-drive or allen-head tool to get at the bolt. Hopefully, whatever is down there isn't stripped and will come out.

Captive nuts on pedal box flange. Access from below in driver's footwell.
