Update to this vehicle, the clutch replacement went well. Front brake rebuild, clean gas tank, and all is working fine. Daily driver in nice weather.

I've had bugeye parts lying around for 40 years, since 1973 when I dragged a '59 body home from a cow pasture. I worked on it a little in the '90's, then again 5 years ago. Now with my son turning 16 in June of '14, I decided to purchase something that was nearly complete, possibly ready to go. We bought this 1973 (build date is June of 73) Midget. It runs pretty good. Will not move due to clutch. We are changing cylinder parts, bleeding, etc. May need new throw out bearing.
