I spent my working life in the Fire and Rescue Service in the UK. I moved to Oz in 2000 where I had a Cafe on the Beachfront in Rockingham. This was a change of lifestyle and very hard work! I had my first MGB in around 1976 when I bought a new RB GT. Black with biscuit interior with the added extra of a Motorola Radio. I fitted 6" Cosmic wheels and had the car fully rust proofed. Someone somewhere is reaping the benefit. I am not a purist and I am adapting my current MGB roadster to suit what I want in a car. A few will pull their hair out but I really enjoy doing what I am doing. Lifes too short not to get the best out of whatever you can! When I finally give up my mortal coil I want the following epitaph.... 'Never grew up just got older'. Live your life like it is your last and you will be happy!
