The floors in the car were rusted pretty bad due to wet carpet. Only a small patch was needed on the inner sill. The floors are the aftermarket type without the welded nuts, but this is a race car, so I won't be using factory seats anyway.

I bought this GT shell off of ebay for $1 a couple of years ago. I always wanted a GT and a V8, so it seemed like a good idea, and the price was right. The seller joked with me about not talking him down on price when I arrived to pick the car up. It was pretty well stripped when I got it, but since I planned to gut it for a race car anyway, I considered that a plus.
