Fast LED Flashers

I installed the Classic LED tailights and an electronic flasher unit. Am quite happy with the results except: the dash indicators don't work and the blinkage rate is much faster. Any comments or suggestions?

Valves Suck?

My '66 is using oil but I'm not seeing any oil spots on the garage floor. This leads me to believe that the valve stem seals are bad because it has excellent and even compression. What is the exact method, including what special tools, for replacing the seals without pulling the head? I have read about using compressed air to hold the valves up but where would I get the spark plug adapter? Which spring compression tool is the best for the money and, most importantly, what is the best seal to use...

Rad Again

The '66 has developed another leak in the radiator that I will have to have fixed. For reference, is it feasible to replace the original '66 rad with the later rad having the threaded mounting hole for a temp sensor to signal an electric fan. I know that the aftermarket fans have a built in sensor but I would prefer real live hard wiring. I have to assume that the later rad would handle the heat load but, that is really my biggest concern. I would hate to invest all that money into something tha...
