I added a couple photos Andrew. I was working on the post at work (shhh!) and was unable to finish. I can get more photos if it helps, and I will post more as I weld it up, etc.

Thank you, i appreciate you looking. I like to share here among like-minded car folks. Most "normal" people don't seem interested in my progress.

I'm intensely interested as I move forward with my project. I'm restoring a '71 GT. I had to work on the nose a little and gave up on trying to make it totally asymmetric. We were in England for the previous two weeks and I had an opportunity to examine two things in particular. The nose was not perfectly asymmetric on any of the museum examples including the last MGB GT made. Another thing was the fit of the weather splash guard rubber at the front wing. I actually sneaked a feel and the fact is they didn't fit well against the wing as produced. Whew!

Lol whew, exactly! I'll try to not sweat it. I love that you felt for the splash guard, I would have wanted to do the same thing. I'll bet the England trip was amazing, I was in West Midlands for work for a few days and loved it.I checked out the pic of your race car on your home page, awesome! I'm thinking of Pale Primrose for mine.
