Daren,
They are all 5-main engines. Main concern is the year of your GT and, specifically, the diameter of the first motion (input) shaft of the transmission. The 18GB may have a smaller hole in the back of the crankshaft for the spigot (pilot) bushing. If it does, and your car is a later car with a larger diameter first motion shaft, then there is a fitment problem. On the other hand, the other engines will have a larger recess for the spigot bushing. So if your car has a larger first motion shaft, then these two later engines will fit no problem. And if your engine has a smaller first motion shaft, you can fit an adapter bushing into the back of the crankshaft of the two later engines that will space the bore down to the smaller diameter. So either way, either of the two later engines are safe choices.
The only other consideration is whether any of the engines, or your GT, are rubber-bumper cars like we have here in the states. If so, then please note that the front engine mounting plate, which lives behind the timing chain assembly, is different for RB cars than for chrome-bumper cars, and so the front engine plate might have to be changed. Otherwise a direct swap...

Lloyd,
It was my understanding that, for the first year or two of 5-main, the first motion shaft was of the smaller diameter. Not true? Am I confusing this with the bore in the back of the crankshaft? Or am I just a crank?

Any 5-main was a 1965 or later and had the larger first motion shaft spigot end that fit the 5-main
