I was under the car today and noticed a difference in the gaskets/pads under the springs. You think this was done to correct "bachelors lean"? First pic is the drivers side, second is the passengers side. Drivers side has an extra gasket/pad.

Probably wasn't done to correct lean. Since the axle is above the spring, any extra pads would tend to make the lean even worse. It looks like your passenger side is missing the upper pad or it's in bad condition.

Honestly not sure. It was difficult holding the flashlight and phone at the same time. I believe I have a new set of Polly bushes on the shelf I never put in. Again, I was under the car doing another job, looked over and noticed the difference, and was wondering why...

Thanks for your input

Extra, or thicker pads between the springs and the axle would serve to lower the car.

ok. that explains a lot. i was wondering why the car is at CB height - 14.5". it's a RB that had a CB conversion - PO had it done. he never mentioned having it lowered though.

You would normally need at least 1/2" of pads/spacers/blocks/etc. in between the springs and axle to get it to 14.5". That's assuming that you didn't already have some spring sag.
