Sheets (2) and (3) both show the black wire; but, early 1967 had generators and late 1967 has alternators; but, you are in great shape.
Sheets (2) and (3) both show that the black wire should be connect to a body ground.
Be sure you clean the area on the body around the screw you choose to use is cleaned all the way to bare, shiny, clean metal, at least 1 bare circle the same size as the ring terminal you choose to put on the black wire.
It is best to use a crimped on Ring Terminal like the ones on this webpage:

Find a screw on the fire wall that meets a screw thread...not a sheet metal screw, if possible.
Take the screw that fits the threaded connection on the fire wall to Radio Shack, and they will sell you a few of these terminals, unless you have a bigger project also.

Roger.........I like to use internal STAR washers fer ennythang I am grounding 'stedda polishing the paint off. And iff'n yer sphincterly challenged, slather some silicon grease between ring terminal and ground fer anti-corrosion proprieties. As fer sheetmetal vs threaded screws, mox-nix. 6 of one, 1/2-doz the other. And yes, you can put 2-wires in 1-stakon. Just twist'em and squeeze'em tite. Most likely a "blue" stakon 'cuz pink stakon's are fer 1-wire installations. Fer electrical neubies, you wanna see yer copper wire sticking THRU yer stakon sleeve and wire INSULATION into the stakon insulated sleeve. ..........electrical Dell
