It would have to be an offer I couldn't refuse.

“Ideological certainty easily degenerates into an insistence upon ignorance". Daniel Patrick Moynihan

In any debate, the side which strays from civil discussion is usually the side that lacks confidence in its debate position or in the merit of their arguments. Making personal attacks on the opponents instead of staying on the subject is also a sign of weakness.

Anyone who feels compelled to respond in kind to any perceived slight is often suffering from narcissism.

Dan; Only in a very lopsided trade for an original Shelby production 289 Cobra. Since that will in all likelihood never happen, I'd say no. However, several of the cars below, especially early Lotus Sevens and Elans may just do the trick. God Bless! Tony Brown RN mgbbrown

Tony, I bet the picture of the Lotus 7 was taken at Thruxton...But I guess all tracks were more "rural" in the sixties...Andy

YES!

Right before I have to smog test it. Have to put all of the smog junk back on and hope nothing's changed since the last "torture session." Also when there's three feet of snow and I want to do a top down cruise.

For the right replacement, yes.

I'm just not sure what that replacement would have to be....

Lotus Esprit?
TVR 2500?
Porsche early 911 or maybe the right 944?
Ferrari 308?
