Someone picked up a near stock size muffler and clamps from their local Tractor Supply for about $20
Gotta be one near Iowa City.

OK so don't sell the car, you can always cash in the empty bottles in the garage, all you need is 63$

here is an idea- hit ebay......do 'glasspack muffler'........I have used these types many times......but try and get adaptors that fit- takes patience.......low cost.....louder, but not objectionable.........probably still sold in oreillys....advance....autozone......or order on ebay........
