Is there a law? Watched a bicyclist (in a bike lane, but...) balancing with no hands....texting!! HS kid I'm sure due to proximity, but if he was mine...! A rather busy major thoroughfare!

Not surprising I have watched college kids walk onto a job site while looking at their phones stop look up and get this "huh where am I at" look. I guess since the signs on the fence are written out in full English and Spanish and not short text form they can't read it.

There was a recent article in our local paper about this. A young woman told her story about having an accident while texting and driving her bicycle. Even had her picture and name.........if I had been that stupid I wouldn't want anyone to know.
