I have a spare assembled windshield which I used on my '72 MGB a few years ago till I polished up my original one. (I had gotten it on E-bay for a few bucks) My question is the pivot sun visor bracket. I am trying to date the frame. On my original, the bracket is almost level to the ground, on my spare, the bracket tilts upwards and forward. I remember having to insert the visors upside down and put a nut at the top. Did they change these brackets possibly for the '76-80 years?
Thanks,
Don

Ted,
Your pic shows how my '72 is orientated, the one in question is more angled upwards toward the front.................Don
