I'm working on an MGA coupe, 1960, when received the inner fender splash shields front and rear were painted black. I thought that they should be body color but am not sure. any help appreciated

They should be body color the same as the underside of the front and rear wings.

Thanks guys, they were painted by PO with rattle can but he had prepped them with fine grinder so no evidence of origin left. Thanks again!
