My side window has dropped when I was polishing the chrome, it does go back in the hole no problem if pushed forward. Can these be adjusted to suit?

Have you checked #21? There's very little adjustment but something's popped.

You really did put a great shine on that vent window trim Tim!
I needed to adjust my vent window hinge on my Tourer when I partially rebuilt the right hand side this past winter. The alignment just wasn't quite right and like you I had to push it to get it all the way closed.
I used a paint stir stick as a wedge/lever and gently "massaged" the glass against the frame to adjust/bend the pivot hinge (#20 & #21?) just a wee bit. I was fortunate and the fit improved before the metal failed, but I consider myself lucky as I could have broke the hinge just as easily.
There is no other adjustment that I know of, although you could try using a bit of lube on the vent window seal so it slides in easier.
Take a chance massaging or remove & rebuild or leave it alone, your choice.
Good luck,
Jeff
