How many have or have had a tagalong for those extended treks in your MG? Pics?

Many miles on this one and still going. It will follow us to Key West and to San Diego this year.

The MGB tag alongs look cool but I question how much they weigh vs how they affect performance vs how much they can carry.

The one that I pull behind the Pantera is the largest motorcycle trailer I could get, I have put 2 suitcases, floor jack, full size spare, lawn chairs, tools, spare parts, and a 10x10 POP UP sun shade. Once I got the car up to speed, you didn't even know it was there. I had it BRIEFLY up to 95 MPH, those little 13 inch wheels were hummin'. When it comes time to sell the Pantera, I will probably get a hitch for the MG and use it for that too.

Mgb HC versions can tow quite a bit
Rated 100 tongue and a bit over 1600pounds
A small trailer as shown is very stable, easy to pull, sacrifices 3to4mpg at hway cruise
Harbor freight trailer with a ski pod fits the bill nicely
Remove the pod. Makes a nice utility hauler.

My trailer, from HF, is very light. Easy to pick up when empty.

We carry two full size hard-sided suitcases, some parts, and have room to spare for the inevitable expanding laundry bag.

When we're traveling, it's so easy to pull, I sometimes almost forget it's back there. I routinely cruise between 70-80 MPH.

The only thing I have to do is make sure that the wheel bearings are properly lubricated.
