Hello world! I have a midget that has been repainted. They also painted over the vin number and such, making it unreadable. Any ideas on how I can get it off?

If you have access to a sandblaster and use really low pressure (40-60 PSI) you should be able to get the new paint off without hurting the original paint too badly.
Try it carefully and turn the pressure up or down some as required.
