I need to replace the o rings on the shuttle valve in the pressure valve assembly. It started leaking from the switch. I have already removed the assembly but am having no luck getting the shuttle valve out.
Any ideas?

It can be difficult. I was able to fiddle mine out by letting it soak a while with a lubricant like WD-40 or something similar. Then with a tiny flat blade precision screwdriver I started pushing it out from one end and also from the little hole where the pressure switch is. Finally got just enough tip poking out to pull with needle nose.

Air pressure might work too if you can plug the right holes.

Sorry no magic tips. Good Luck.

Just went through this a few weeks ago. Take the brass plug out of the end. Cover all but the furtherest hole in the block with a rag and your fingers. Make sure to cover the hole loosely where the brass plug was at th catch the shuttle. Blow 50-60 PSI air into the hole and get ready to catch it.

Good luck,

Mike
