Recently refinished the Rostyles on my new to me '74 GT. Did the usual powder coat in silver and spray paint the black section. (Rustoleum satin black)
Not being a fan of chrome trim rings I decided to get the chrome finish trim rings powder coated the same silver as the rims.
Worth a try, and I think the results are awesome. They look like the OEM brushed rings.

They look great.
However, how will the powder coating stand up to the flexing when you take them on and off?
Just wondering
Oil leak?? What oil leak? That puddle under the car is just sweat from all that horsepower!!
Law of Mechanical Repair - After your hands become coated with grease, your nose will itch and you'll have to pee.
