Ok......so I got the poly bushings for the front sway bar and I am ready to install them, but....HOW!! The end link bushings have ends that are a bit larger than the hole they go into. What is the best method to get these things pressed into the sway bar?

Cover with large amounts of approved lubricant, use appropriate sized socket (just smaller than the hole in the swaybar) in vice to press in (or use a bearing press), repeat on 2nd bushing!thumbs up

If you use the search function set at infinity, there are several threads about this issue. One method uses string, but I can't remember the particulars.

I used the method John describes above and that ain't easy, especially if you don't have a press.

I also used the method John describes above (as well as the string method), but I would add that it helps to put the bushings in boiling water for a few minutes to soften them up.

x2 on the boiling in water. Makes it much easier along with the lube.
