Wondering if a fender off of a 74 rb mgb would fit a 70 mgb?

nah- not really......big square parking light hole.....and bottom front part is also different.......check moss for drawings......you could adapt one, I guess.......what about a wanted ad in Cleveland craigslist....?....

Easy swap, except it will require grafting the parking light area from your old fender on to the new one...slice and weld. Not much to it.
