Hello to all,
Just finished reinstalling my rebuilt engine into my 76 Midget. Ran into one problem. I cannot locate a replacement oil pressure hose (the one that runs from the engine block to the "T-fitting". I have attached a photo for reference. Can anyone tell me what type of fittings are used on this hose. I have not seen fittings of this type? I also am looking for the braided hose. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Just for fun I have uploaded a picture of my engine.
Thanks,
Don

Looks good. Don't know about the hose you might check around and see if there is an equipment repair shop near you they can often make new hoses or tell you where you can get it done. They usually can do for less than ordering one and it's quicker
If you never try to do it You will never be able to do it

Don, previous poster is correct!
Bring the whole assembly to a hydraulic hose shop.
They will disassemble the works, Clean it up, and replicate the hose assembly. Clamps and all!
BTW, it makes me happy to see you kept the original fan clutch set-up!
You WIL BE HAPPY YOU DID! Maximum cooling!
