Nobody wants that but sometimes you can't get your favourite from the store cooler and it's only available off-the-shelf.

during WW2 my dad flew in the CBI theater and had this story about cooling their beer. apparently there was a small storage space in the P-38 behind the pilot. they would throw a case of beer in and in five minutes the a/c would be at 12-14000 ft. fly around a minute or two and then dump it over into a dive, mindful of the problems experienced when approaching mach 1, and head for the field. upon landing the beer would be nice and cold.
