I have a 1975 mg midget that I just bought from a guy, it was freshly restored and then is son wrecked it, but everything was fine it was all cosmetic damage except for the radiator that got crushed. But the problem is that when I bought the car we towed it our selfs with one of the 2 wheel tow dolls and the rear 2 wheels were dragging back but when we were doing the wheels began to lock up. So we were told to engage the clutch then it began to roll but. But I have no idea what is wrong with it. (P.S the original trans was changed out for a mustang t-5 trans from a 89 mustang)

It could be one or more of several things. Could be clutch master or slave cylinder, or it could be in the transmission, or it could be in the rear end. You need to narrow down where the problem lies. I would jack it up and unbolt the driveshaft. If the wheels turn free, then your problem is the transmission or something going on with the clutch. If the wheels are still locked then you have a problem with the rear end, brakes, or axle shafts.

Ok, good. Can you rotate the engine either by hand or by starter? Can you turn the tail section of the transmission with it in neutral?

If the engine turns freely, and the wheels turn freely with the drive shaft disconnected. I would suspect you have a problem in that transmission. I am not familiar with that transmission so, I can't help you there.
But with the transmission in neutral the engine should turn free on one end and the tail shaft should turn free on the other regardless of the clutch position.

Did you disconnect the drive shaft before you towed it? Based on your original post, I'm guessing not. The problem with leaving it connected is that the oil thrower is on the engine side, meaning that while it was being towed, the transmission was running dry. Since you've ruled out the engine and the diff, and it rolls with the clutch in, something in the transmission is likely locked up.
