My new MGB GT has the older, manually adjusting seat belts. The problem is, as I am a large guy, I can only get the fully extended belt to secure if I recline the seat back. Not my preferred position. Is there any solution like a longer belt or belt extention?
Cheers.
Cheers.

See Seatbelt planet.
First, they can make you a new belt of any length you want. You do want new belts as after 10 or so years all belts lose their elasticity and should actually be replaced.
You could make an extender a few inches for the cable end.

I got mine from wescoperformance.com - their "roadster" belt. Their other version show lengths uo to 140" vs the 113" shown for the roadster version. Maybe those would work.
They also sell 12" extenders...

Nothing magic about MGs, just search for seat belts! There are quite a few. These folks know about MGs.
