Hello all.

Finally done with the electrical meltdown repairs, it turns out there was one last kick in the butt as far as damages that went undetected until the very last:

The fuel cut-off inertia switch.

I can tell there was heat onto one of the contacts as there was pronounced discoloration.

Also, the internal plastic body was distorted ever so slightly, short story, its rubbish.

I see that there is an original design reproduced in Moss, as well as their aftermarket alternative.

Any other options anyone has been happy with??

I am committed at this point in time in keeping something with the same function under the dash.

Landon

Replace with one from a pick and pull.
I've probably thrown out a dozen from stripped cars.

Bypass that $#!+

After reading all the posts about issues with these I got curious and peeked under the dash, apparently a PO disconnected mine.
