whilst the part 81756 or AAA563 (Bush for handplate and shaft assembly) does not seem to be available anymore, I wonder if there is someone who can provide me a sketch with the dimensions etc. of this part so I can make it myself?

Thanks in advance

Peter

Hello,

I find myself in the same boat, looking for a handbrake bush, part number AAA563.

Doesn't appear to be available through Angloparts or Limora / SC Parts.

Does anybody know the dimensions? I'm hopeful that it wouldn't be too difficult to make.

Many thanks.

It is just a bit of tube, OD, ID (or wall thickness) and length. It can even be made from flat stock rolled up to make the tube shape. Does not need to be press fit, can be slip fit, it stops against an indent punched in the side of the handle pipe, providing a seat for the spring. Wrap a piece of flat stock around a small bolt.
